ICCR Draft Datasets – Available For Comment

May 13, 2026

The International Academy of Pathology (IAP) is invited to review the following draft 1st edition International Collaboration on Cancer Reporting (ICCR) datasets:

  • Lymphoid malignancies
  • Myeloid and mixed or ambiguous lineage neoplasms
  • Plasma cell neoplasms

The ICCR has been formed to develop common, internationally standardised and evidence-based cancer datasets for surgical pathology specimens. Using the best international approaches, and leveraging the knowledge and experience of world-leading pathologists, the ICCR aims to ensure that all cancer reports, will be of the same high quality; ensuring completeness, consistency, clarity, conciseness and above all, clinical utility. The ICCR has 62 published datasets to date, with a total of 118 dataset editions published including updates which are available at: http://www.iccr-cancer.org/datasets.

The draft datasets are available for comment until Friday 10th July 2026 at: https://www.iccr-cancer.org/datasets/datasets-under-consultation/. To provide feedback please email any comments together with your name and country to datasets@iccr-cancer.org.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could disseminate this notification to any other interested parties.

We anticipate the datasets will be published in the third quarter of 2026.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Fleur Webster, ICCR Dataset Project Manager, at fleurwebster@iccr-cancer.org.
