{"id":1721,"date":"2026-03-06T10:32:18","date_gmt":"2026-03-06T18:32:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iapcentral.org\/?p=1721"},"modified":"2026-03-06T10:32:18","modified_gmt":"2026-03-06T18:32:18","slug":"iccr-draft-datasets-available-for-comment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iapcentral.org\/iccr-draft-datasets-available-for-comment\/","title":{"rendered":"ICCR Draft Datasets &#8211; Available For Comment"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6>March 6, 2026<\/h6>\n<p>The International Academy of Pathology (IAP) is invited to review the following draft 1st edition International Collaboration on Cancer Reporting (ICCR) datasets:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carcinoma of the appendix<\/li>\n<li>Carcinoma of the gallbladder<\/li>\n<li>Liver metastasis resection<\/li>\n<li>Squamous cell carcinoma of the anus \u2013 local excision specimen<\/li>\n<li>Squamous cell carcinoma of the anus \u2013 abdominoperineal excision specimen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The ICCR has been formed to develop common, internationally standardised and evidence-based cancer datasets for surgical pathology specimens.\u00a0Using the best international approaches, and leveraging the knowledge and experience of world-leading pathologists, the ICCR aims to ensure that all cancer reports, will be of the same high quality; ensuring completeness, consistency, clarity, conciseness and above all, clinical utility. The ICCR has 62 published datasets to date, with a total of 118 dataset editions published including updates which are available at:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.iccr-cancer.org\/datasets\">http:\/\/www.iccr-cancer.org\/datasets<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The draft datasets are available for comment until Friday 24th April 2026 at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iccr-cancer.org\/datasets\/datasets-under-consultation\/\"> https:\/\/www.iccr-cancer.org\/datasets\/datasets-under-consultation\/<\/a>.
